pokedle Terms & Conditions

By accessing the pokedle website at pokedle.club, registering an account, or using any of the services offered by pokedle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the pokedle platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the pokedle platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

To be eligible to register and use the pokedle platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of pokedle, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the pokedle platform or any other gambling platform operated by pokedle or its affiliates;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with any gambling operator or regulatory authority.

pokedle reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

To access the full range of services offered by pokedle, you must register a player account. Each individual may only hold one (1) account on the pokedle platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pokedle account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete;
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify pokedle immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

pokedle reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, pokedle may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, PhilHealth card, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID).

pokedle supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• GCash (instant processing)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant processing)
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank (processing time: 5–60 minutes)
• Debit card (instant processing)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits applicable to your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pokedle does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT), and within 2 hours at all other times. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

pokedle reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where pokedle has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

pokedle offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms applicable to all pokedle promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the required verification steps;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• pokedle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, and other conditions for each promotion are detailed on the relevant promotion page within the pokedle platform. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms before claiming any bonus.

All games available on the pokedle platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and not subject to manipulation by pokedle or any third party.

Each game on the pokedle platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. pokedle accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other error that affects the outcome of a game, pokedle reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous display of winnings, pokedle is not obligated to honor such winnings and may void the transaction.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information section of each title. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pokedle platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the pokedle platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or identity fraud;
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or match-fixing;
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the pokedle platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pokedle staff or other players through any communication channel.

pokedle actively monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pokedle reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals, freeze account balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

pokedle provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the pokedle platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

pokedle strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and any deposits refunded, with winnings forfeited.

All content on the pokedle platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of pokedle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pokedle platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content;
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform;
• Use the pokedle name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of pokedle's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pokedle.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pokedle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

pokedle's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pokedle account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pokedle does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pokedle's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pokedle collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the pokedle platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

pokedle will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the pokedle platform and services.

You may close your pokedle account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

pokedle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. In the event of termination for cause, pokedle may withhold any balance pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to pokedle's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

pokedle operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

pokedle reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pokedle will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the pokedle platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
